Physical Therapist

Lauren Podina, MSPT, DPT, CKTP is a 2005 graduate of Texas Woman’s University receiving her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Huntington College. Lauren graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 from Texas Woman’s University and has been a licensed Certified Kinesio Taping Practioner since 2009. Lauren has over seven years of professional experience including outpatient orthopedics, in-patient rehabilitation, acute care, long term care and home health. Lauren is working toward earning her Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) accreditation and furthering her manual therapy skills through continued education.

Lauren uses a multidimensional, evidence based approach to patient care with focus on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and modalities. She enjoys working with a variety of patients from athletes looking to return to sports to patients returning to their daily activities after surgery.
